To make your setup easier, we’ve created several step-by-step guides for configuring your account when adding a new email address in Outlook or MAC Mail. Please follow the instructions below to configure your email address to your respective mail client.
Configuring Email
Username:Username:
Password: as per information sent by WSI
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com (fill in your website where you see yourdomain)
Outgoing Server: smtp.yourdomain.com (fill in your website where you see yourdomain)
Incoming Port: as per information sent by WSI
Outgoing SMTP Port: as per information sent by WSI
For example, if your website is www.wsisme.com, you would use mail.wsisme.com and smtp.wsisme.com, respectively.
Be sure to check off “My server requires authentication”
If you require any additional assistance WSI will make every effort to help you configure your email account on smart/mobile/tablet devices. In order to maintain our customer service levels we can provide a maximum of 30 minutes support in these cases but may then direct you to your mobile device support team to assist you. In addition, if your office is configured on a network, exchange server or other system configurations, your IT support personnel will need to be involved with this setup.
