Current Position Available: Digital Marketing Lead

A leading digital marketing agency in the West Island is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead, who shares our passion for digital marketing and is driven to provide exceptional service and results for our clients!

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Lead has the responsibility to develop the strategy, implement the tactics, monitor and optimize our team’s digital marketing services across the mandated digital channels. This is an in-house position with some flexibility.

Working directly with our clients, the Digital Marketing Lead has the responsibility to establish a very good understanding of our client’s business goals and then execute the mandated digital marketing services to meet the objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute digital marketing activities, coordinate with team members and be the client liaison for all activities which include;
  • Strategy development, implementation, measurement and reporting of campaign results
  • SEO including bilingual keyword research, meta-content creation, content optimization and content strategy as well as off-page SEO services
  • Create, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (SEM) in Google Ads for multiple client accounts in various verticals
  • Manage Content Marketing programs
  • Create and manage Social Media Marketing campaigns
  • Email Marketing
  • Measure, assess and report the performance of all digital marketing activities and make recommendations on future direction
  • Continuous learning so you can be at the top of your game
  • Identify and manage the necessary resources to successfully execute the digital marketing activities
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis to discuss the client’s expectations, align goals, provide consulting, and deliver reports
  • Keep abreast of new digital marketing technologies and opportunities to ensure that we remain at the forefront of the digital marketing field

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience – 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with an emphasis on SEO and SEM
  • Very good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – on-page and off-page
  • Extensive knowledge in Google Analytics, goal setting, conversion tracking and Google Search Console
  • Experience with Google Adwords & Facebook ads
  • In-depth knowledge and personal use of popular social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Strong ability to build excellent customer relationships
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity in developing and deploying digital campaigns
  • Good Analytical skills – Measurement and review of results and provide insights for future direction
  • WordPress knowledge is an asset
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Copywriting experience an asset
  • Agency experience an asset
  • Fully bilingual (written / spoken)
